Andrew Sherrill Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Sherrill Smith of Mocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Roosevelt and Della Frances Cope Smith; his stepmother Della Walker Smith; his daughter Roxanne Smith Webb; his grandson Jerry Andrew Webb; and his siblings, Grady Smith, Frank Smith, Richard Smith, Frances Bostic and Melvin Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ruth Angell Smith; his sons, Andrew Stephen Smith, Joseph Samuel Smith and Austin Blake Smith; and his siblings, Monroe Smith (Claire), Carl Smith, Donald Smith, Manard Smith (Sherry), Marvin Smith (Lauren) and Ionia Dorsey (Rob). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
