She is survived by: her son Joseph Cook (BreeAnn) of Mocksville; her stepson James "Jimmy" Cook, Jr. (Valerie); her grandson Warren Cook; her siblings, Caroline Paulson (Tom), Charlotte Wall (George), David Haynes (Dawn Thomas) and Frank Haynes; and her sister-in-law Gena Chisholm (Tommy).
