She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clayton Cartner and Mildred Anderson Cartner; and her husband Bobby Ray Waugh. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Ray Waugh (Masha) of Statesville, NC and Jessie Waugh of Statesville, NC; her grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Waugh, Tara Black (Myron) and Anna Maria Waugh; her great grandchildren, Tristan Black, Justyn Black, Kierstyn Waugh, Jordyn Waugh and Kyndall Waugh; and her siblings, Carl Cartner (Margaret), Clinton Cartner (Beverly), Andy Cartner (Beverley), Ann Cline and Willa Wootton (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
