Lester Roberts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Roberts of Misenheimer, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wister Y. Roberts and Grace Johnson Roberts; and his wife Joyce Gragg Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Roberts (Lisa) of New London and Terri Errington of Simpsonville, SC; and his grandchildren, Justin Roberts (Sarah), Jason Roberts (Erika), Jamie Roberts (Brittany), Jessica Butner (Brandon), Matt Errington and Erin Errington. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Pfeiffer University Advancement Office for either the Lester F. Snake Roberts Endowed Scholarship or the Athletic Department, PO Box 960, Misenheimer, NC 28109.
