He is survived by: his significant other Carla; his children, Shari Cartwright (Dale) of Medina, OH and Michael (Ginger) of Mint Hill, NC; his grandchildren, Sarah Lesiak of Centerville, OH, Trey Lesiak of Salado, TX, Jackson Lohrer, Wilson Lohrer of Mint Hill and Janele Kauffman; and his sister-in-law Coleen Ohlinger of Zanesville, OH. He is also survived by niece and three nephews.
