She is survived by: her husband Bobby; her children, Gary Worth Barrett (Janet Baucom Barrett), Eric Hugh Barrett (Elizabeth Blottman Barrett) and Cynthia Barrett Kieffer; her grandchildren, Raigan Michelle Jankord (Chad Jankord), Taylor Nicole Sease (Paul Apple), Joanna Barrett Sheyda, Nathanael Seth Barrett (Lindsey Peele Barrett), Lindsey Barrett Olive (Aaron Olive), Laura Barrett Pope (Donnie Pope) and Paige Elizabeth Barrett; her great grandchildren, Gavin James Apple, Boston Thomas Apple, Mason Blake Apple, Emersyn Taylor Teckmyer, Dawsyn Raye Teckmyer, Lincoln Nash Teckmyer, Ridley Lynn Sheyda, Addison Lee Barrett, Aiden Worth Barrett and Brooks Wylder Pope; and her siblings, Robert Wentz and Barbara Wentz Powell (Richard Powell).
A reception was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel (7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227).
