She is survived by: her grandchild English; her husband Chuck Davis; her children, Chad Davis, Ever, Era, Kristin Radke (Dan Radke), Annalise, Madelyn, Ethan, Jared Davis and Alayna Davis; her mother Nancy Hagin; and her sister Jackie Proffit. She is also survived by mother to her four children.
