He was predeceased by: his father Ellwood Frey. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Dowey Frey of Millsboro, Delaware; his wife Angelia Powers of Mint Hill; his children, Steven Frey II (Maria) of Mint Hill, Andrew Frey (Shalyn) of Mt. Dora, Florida, Zach Marcusky of Kennesaw, GA and Kinley Kephart of Mint Hill; his siblings, Donna Eytchison (Joe) of Laurel, Delaware and David Frey (Marvella) of San Clemente, California.; and his grandsons, Jacob and Joseph Frey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
