She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyle Sr. Griffin and Tommie Griffin; and her daughter Christina Marie Bishop. She is survived by: her son Jason Bishop; her granddaughter Vistine Bishop; her great grandchildren, Violet Bishop and Vincent Anderson; her siblings, Hoyle Griffin Jr. (Carolyn) and Gilbertine Helms; and her friend Paulette Garrett.
