He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Whitlow and Evelyn Brown Whitlow; his son Randy Whitlow; and his granddaughter Jewel Ann Whitlow. He is survived by: his wife Betty Whitlow; his sons, Jeffrey Whitlow (Denise) of Fort Mill, Mark Whitlow (Deborah) of Columbia and Brian Whitlow (Cindy) of Unionville; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Whitlow (Daniel), Courtney Dawson (Brad), Emily Whitlow-Stolba (Frank), Bayley Huntley (Thomas), Gary Whitlow (Sydney), Elizabeth Whitlow (Landon), Eric Whitlow (Megan) and Curtis Whitlow. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
