He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanene Hope Stiles; and his son Roger Thomas Lynn Stiles. He is survived by: his sister Selma Yanta of Trenton; his children, Rees W. Stiles, Jr. of Cary, Tracie A. Stiles of Charlotte and Brian K. Stiles of Charlotte; and his daughter-in-law Kim Hobson Stiles of Mint Hill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
