It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Wilson O'Neal of Mint Hill, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Relmond O'Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Martin and Beth Price (Lynn); his grandchildren, Martin, Ryan Carter (Lee), Phillip Price and Olivia Price; and his great grandchildren, Alice, Talulla and Dorothy Carter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to University City United Methodist Church 3835 W W.T.Harris.
