He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Paul Franklin Bliss and Marjorie Briggs Bliss. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bliss (Emmans); his sons, Matthew Bliss (Jennifer) and Patrick (Melissa); his stepson Ryan Emmans; and his grandchildren, Ayden, Ian Annika (Maya) and Jordan Bliss.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of a donation to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Special Olympics in the memory of Peter Franklin Bliss.
