With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy McNair Charnock of Mint Hill, North Carolina, born in Aiken, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Peacock and Thelma Peacock; and her husbands, Harry H. McNair and Ryland E. Charnock. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan D. McNair (Kathy), Harry H. McNair (Cathy Crosland, MD) and Kimberly McNair Hill (Scott); her brother Robert M. Peacock; her grandchildren, Jonathan McNair, Jr. (Lisa), Renee McNair Austin (Scottie), Dr. Grant Hill (Shereen), Natalie Hill, Rusty Watson (Allison), Bailey Crosland and Dr. Clare Crosland; her great grandchildren, Noah McNair, Aly McNair, Camden Austin, Crosby Austin, Brody Watson, Hunter Watson, Madison Watson and Sawyer Watson; and her nephew Robert Peacock, Jr..
