She was predeceased by: her mother Lela Crump; her siblings, Crump and Carolyn Hill; and her husband Thomas L Spivey Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Lankford (Trey) of Monroe, NC; her stepchildren, Tom Spivey Jr. (Kim) of Weddington, NC and Luanne Stokes (Jerry) of Stallings, NC; her grandchildren, Robby, Andrew, Erin, Ryan, Jarrod and Meagan; and her great grandchildren, Ander, Ty, Maret, Kaylee, Saylor, Easton, Camden, Fynn, Sylvee and Bennet.
