He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmitriy Kuvila and Mariya Kuvila; and his brothers, Valeriy and Vasiliy. He is survived by: his wife Yemiliya; his children, Svetlana (Tobias), Aleksandr, Viktor, Daniil, Vyacheslav (Courtney) and Liliya (Nicholas); and his grandchildren, Angelina, Samuel, Melina, Mark, Sofia, Adeline and Valencia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Slavic Baptist Church (7600 Plott Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4426 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205).
