We bid farewell to Michael Hilton of Mint Hill, North Carolina, born in Mooresville, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 29, 2024 at the age of 76. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Clyde Hilton and Virginia Roberts Hilton. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Hilton Southworth (Scott) and Steven Michael Hilton (Tara); his grandson Tyler Evan Hilton (Rachel); his stepgranddaughter Taylor Kempton; his great grandchild Natalie Brooke Hilton; and his siblings, Dawn Hilton Watts (Carol) and Rodney Hilton (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel (7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
