She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnsie Blanche Reynolds and James Maddrey; and her stepfather Kermit Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband W. T. Thompson; her children, Merle Layne Thompson (Robert S. Baxter) and Tracy Thompson Broome (David); her grandchildren, Brittany Broome Printy (Tyler Printy), David Benjamin Broome and Victoria Alexis Broome; and her great grandchildren, Catherine Taylor and Adeline Elizabeth Printy.
