She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Power and Mittie Power; her husband Joe "Coach" Coulter; her grandson Jamieson Bennett Coulter; and her siblings, Morris Power, Jr., Joe Power, Dick Power, Lee Annah Howell and Nancy Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Merrill (Bob), Donna Little (George) and Jeff Coulter (Denise); her grandchildren, Lauren Merrill, Jansen Coulter and Conrad Coulter; her great grandchildren, Adi and Conor; her siblings, Jack Power, Bettie Baum and Doris Baker; and her brother-in-law Bill Coulter (Gwen).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blair Road United Methodist Church.
