Lucille Flowe Furr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 88, Lucille Flowe Furr (Mint Hill, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Flowe and Mamie Flowe of Mint Hill, NC.; her brothers, Olin Tweed Flowe and Lee Douglas Flowe; and her husband William Brown Furr.
She is survived by: her son Dr. William Stephen Furr (Ann Ratchford Furr) of Salisbury, NC; her grandchildren, William Christopher Furr of Virginia Beach, VA and Micah Ann Furr of Greenville, NC; her sister Barbra F. Price of Greensboro, NC; and her sister-in-law Gypsy H Flowe of Matthews, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Olin T. Flowe Endowment care of Philadelphia Presbyterian Church, 11401 Bain School Road, Mint HIll, NC 28227.
