He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wilson and Mamie Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Hannah Wilson (Watts); his children, Brian Wilson (Susan) and Allison McGee (Cliff); his stepchildren, Scott Broadaway (Meredith), Brad Broadaway (Amber) and LeAnne Snipes; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Madeline, Payton (Samantha), Caroline, Zack, Brennan, Katie, Harrison, Gage, Justis, Brynnleigh, Adaline and Salem; and his sister Barbara "Midgie" Brawley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Philadelphia Presbyterian Church (11501 Bain School Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
