He is survived by: his mother Maxine Patrick; his children, Michael Ryan Patrick (Marken) and Kristy Patrick Penley (Tony); his grandsons, Charles Connor Patrick, Jacob Cody and Levi Penley; his siblings, Kelly Patrick and Wendy Patrick; and his nieces, Misty and Brittany. He is also survived by "Pappy" by his group of Harley biker friends; Pappy.
