He is survived by: his mother Frances Eugenia McGuirt Dennis of Mint Hill, NC; his daughters, Angela Dennis of Dallas, NC and Melissa Ann Dennis of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Teresa Dennis, Scott Dennis (Tammie), Cheryl Byland (Glenn) and Beth Johnson (Eric). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 nieces and nephews, 13 great-nieces and nephews, and 4 step-sons.
