It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Ellis McComb IV of Mint Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Maida Long McComb; his close friend Zoe Hough; and his sister-in-law Christi Belk McComb. He is survived by: his father Harvey Ellis McComb III; his family McComb Trucking; his son David McComb (Dana); his siblings, Eric McComb, Diane Clontz and Gail Suddreth (Tom); his grandchildren, Tyler McComb (Hannah), Jacob McComb, Jordan Smith (Brandon) and Bradford Lail (Presslie); and his great grandchildren, Graycen Smith and Asher Lail.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
