He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Penney Cooper; and his parents, Henry "Wally" Cooper and Marjorie Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Meredith Penney Cooper of Mint Hill; and his brothers, Christopher (Patricia) and Casey Cooper (Cynthia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
