Cook, Harrison Cook, Joe Cook, Tony Cook, Bobby Cook, Bernice Hunter and Hazel Starnes (Albert); her daughter Shann Nash Oxendine of Monroe; her grandchildren, Misty Caruso (Joshua), Brenda Jeann Maiers (Erik), Amber Thomas, Cassidy Oxendine, Peyton Oxendine and Courtney Oxendine; her great grandchildren, Hannah Caruso, Sarah Caruso, Andrew Maiers and Madalyn Maiers; and her siblings, Larry Cook, Jean Cook and Pam Simpson (Dwayne).
