He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Franklin Horne, Sr. and Billie Anne Coile Horne. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Joyce" Frederick Horne; his daughters, Antonia Leigh Horne Gregory (Scott) of Knoxville, TN and Angela Lynn Horne Milam (Eddie) of Ringgold, VA; his grandchildren, Tristan Gregory (Ben), Taylor Gregory, Corey Milam (Desiree), Caleb Milam (Chloe) and Carter Milam; his brother Larry Horne (Wanda); and his uncle Ross Coile (Cora).
