He is survived by: his children, Lecretia Sellers (Bobby), Ebony Graves (Jamie) and Melvin O. Cook, Jr. (Shavon); his siblings, Jackie Mosley, Penny Parker, Michael D. Cook, Sr. (De De), Marvin D. Cook, Sr. (Leslie), Rickey Cook and Tyrone Witcher; and his pet Remy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
