He was predeceased by: his father John S. Williams Sr.; and his sisters, Emily Blake and Sarah Funderburk. He is survived by: his son Jeff Williams (Tracy); his grandchildren, Kristen Williams of Apex and Ramey Williams of Apex; and his sister Elizabeth W. Lockfaw (Merle) of Wrightsville Beach. He is also survived by niece, many nephews, cousins and friends.
