Standfield (Juanita) of Milton, NC, Mary Flora (Earl) of Montclair, NJ and Doris Hughes (Woodrow) of Newark, NJ; his goddaughter Pamela Carter Goins (Bernard) of Gibsonville, NC; his father-in-law George McCain of Danville, VA; his siblings-in-law, John McCain of Greensboro, NC, Minister Malcolm McCain (Laverne) of Greensboro, NC and Rose Standfield; and his adoptive sons, Felecia Kinsler (Hinton) of Newark, NJ, Tony Standfield (Wanda) of Danville, VA, Wayne Clayborne (Brenda) of Milton, NC and Willie Royster of Danville, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
