He was predeceased by: his parents, Greenberry Robinson and Bessie Mae McIntosh Robinson; his wife Annie Bell Freeman Robinson; his siblings, Mary Lou Jamerson, Inez Quinn, Shirley Robinson, David Robinson (Carmel), Gay Robinson, Dewey Robinson, Cecil Robinson, Frank Robinson, Earl Robinson and Jerry Robinson; and his granddaughter Amy Rast.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Robinson (Hazel) of Mills River, NC, Chance Lands (Shelby) of Hendersonville, NC, Janice Hill of Mills River, NC and Linda Goodwin (Bobby) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Chris Hill, Rodney Robinson and Crystal Gardner; his great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Starr, Chase, Logan, Amber, Walker, Alissa, Marshall, Mason, Levi, Laken, Locklin, Linley and Leo; and his sisters, Betty Ray of Madison County, NC and Pansy Hathaway of Weaverville, NC..
