He is survived by: his wife Rose Blackwell; his children, Shane Neill (Vicki) of Saluda and Danna Conn (Chad) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Stephen Neill (Elyssa), Kayla Neill, Taylor, Cayden Conn and Hayden Cole (Allison); his great grandchildren, Addysen, Easten and Kolsen Neill; his sisters, Judy Brevard and Margaret Warren; his niece Shannon Hilyer (Eric); his great-niece Emily; and his nephew Mike Brevard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
