She is survived by: her husband Carroll Lewis; her son Bill; her daughter-in-law Beverly Souther of Clyde; her granddaughter Asiah Souther of Clyde; her siblings, Ralph, Billy Anglin of Burnsville and Annette Simpson; and her sister-in-law Gail Anglin of Mills River. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
