It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Mashburn of Mills River, North Carolina, born in Brevard, North Carolina, who passed away on August 11, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Foster and Cora Lee Foster; and her siblings, Jeannette Rahn and Wallace Foster, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David T. Mashburn; her sister Anne Foster Jones; her sister-in-law Wanda Forster; her nieces, Lisa Langett, Denise Rahn Kiser, Suzanne Rahn Shope and Terri Foster Reese; and her nephew Nick Foster.
