He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Larry McCall and Karen C. McCall of Mills River, NC.; his son Logan Ezra McCall of Candler; his siblings, Stacey L. Samotis (Sam) of Mills River and Matthew B. McCall of Mills River; his nephews, Tyler Samotis of Mills River, Cameron Samotis of Mills River and Parker Samotis of Mills River; and his niece Julianna Samotis of Mills River.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Penland Family Funeral Home (125 South Ave, Swannanoa, NC 28778).
