He was predeceased by: his parents, William Willard and Vertie Ethel Pennington Osborne; his wife Emmer Owens Osborne; his sons, Roger Osborne and Larry Osborne; and his siblings, Virginia, Nancy, Vergie, Bob, Clyde, Ted, Jay, John and Joe Osborne.
He is survived by: his brother Dean Osborne of Creston; his grandchildren, Leigh Ann Foxx, Dr. Rusty Osborne, Heather Jones and Stacey Mathis; his great grandchildren, Charlottte Grace Foxx, Lily Katherine Foxx, Sophia Osborne, Eleanor Osborne, Moses Osborne, Henry Osborne, Easton Jones, Peyton Mathis and Colton Mathis; and his daughter-in-law Joyce Osborne.
