He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Davis Ellis and Rosemary Ellan Ellis; and his daughter Tina Estep. He is survived by: his wife Therese; his sons, Tyler, Tracy, Chris, Adam and David; his sisters, Missy and Hannah; and his daughter-in-law Samantha. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grand children.
