We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2022, at the age of 96, Willa Dean Adams of Millers Creek, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Virgie Mae Miller Kilby; her son Eugene Adams; and her brothers, Paul, Wade, Johnny and Clay Kilby.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Harris (Randy) of Traphill, Judy Shumate of Hendersonville, TN and David (Teresa Adams) of North Wilkesboro; her siblings, Arlee Garateix of Hudson, Mae Ellis and Tommy (Carol Kilby) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Denise Eller, Clayton Shumate, Nina Fortune, Chris Anderson, Dan Anderson, Jessica Adams and Billy Eller; her great grandchildren, Amanda Shumate, Kenny Shumate, Nicole Shumate, Adam Eller, Matthew and John Anderson; her great great grandchildren, Blake, Isabella Shumate and Audree Eller; and her daughter-in-law Rita Adams.
