Virginia Bell Winters Shepherd Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Bell Winters Shepherd of Millers Creek, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Winters and Merlean Cora Denny Winters; her son Scotty David Anderson; and her granddaughter Chasity Dawn Shepherd. She is survived by: her sons, Toby Shepherd (Michelle) of Millers Creek and Chris Anderson (Amanda) of Boomer; her grandchildren, Matthew Shepherd (Sheila) of Ferguson, Austin Anderson of Boomer and Brittany Walker of Millers Creek; her stepgrandson Justin Brown (Olivia) of Mulberry; and her brothers, Fred Winters (Susan) of North Wilkesboro, Bill Winters of Roaring River, Walter Winters (Lynette) of Traphill and Rev. Dan Winters (Judy) of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
