She is survived by: her son Jeffery Mulcahy; her brothers, William Smith (Clarine), Norris Smith (Eula) and Wayne Smith (Dottie); and her grandchildren, Guy, Michael, Brandy, Danielle, Kendra, Sarah Michelle, Amanda and Alicia. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
