It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Efird (Millers Creek, North Carolina), who passed away on December 25, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Travis and Eunice Lisk Efird; his wife Mary Louise Payne Efird; and his siblings, Ruby Estel Nance, Mildred Elaine Strawn and James Efird.
He is survived by: his children, Anita Lebold (Jeff) of Greenville, SC, Patricia Ann Efird Haithcock of Lincolton, Marie Victoria Efird Knight (Benjamin) of Iron Station, NC and James Robert Efird (Michelle) of Huntersville, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
