It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Absher of Millers Creek, North Carolina, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Miller and Maude Roten Miller; her husbands, Floyd Byers and Richard Absher; and her son Michael Byers.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Bouchelle (Wayne) of Wilkesboro, Danny Byers (Wanda) of Millers Creek and Johnny Byers (Maureen) of Millers Creek; her grandchildren, Jennie Handy (Keith), Traci Woodruff (Michael) and Jackie Brown (Steven); her great grandchildren, Houston Handy, Austin Brown, Gavin Brown, Salem Woodruff and Zoey Woodruff; and her sister Rae Faw of Wilkesboro.
