He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard McNeil and Clara Beshears McNeil; and his sister Shirley Huffman (James). He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Braswell (Kent); his granddaughters, Kaeli and Olivia; and his sister Pat Lyall.
