She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Grant and Lacy Louise Kerley Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Erin Underwood of North Wilkesboro, William "Tad" Grant Underwood (Kaitlyn) of Charleston, SC and Nathan Forrest Underwood of Cody, WY; her grandchildren, Jalen E. Johnson (Cayla), Zamian T. Gwyn, Tanner Underwood, Madison Underwood and Noah Underwood; her great grandchildren, Bentley Johnson, Kendrick Johnson, Kason Johnson and Ayla Underwood; and her siblings, Camelia McGlamery (Dennis) of Millers Creek and Matthew Cockerham (April) of Thomasville, NC. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
