It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Oscar Taylor of Millers Creek, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Roten; his wife Edra Gaye Dancy Taylor; and his son Jerry Taylor. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Dyer (Joey) of Millers Creek; his brothers, Kenneth Roten of Millers Creek, Bob Roten (Ora Dean) of Purlear and Wilmer Roten (Faye) of Hays; and his caregivers, Debbie Whitley and Donna Clark. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
