She is survived by: her sons, Michael Brooks (Sparey) of Millers Creek and Mark Brooks (Ramona) of Millers Creek; her grandchildren, Shaun M. Brooks (Abbye), Crystal Brooks Williams, Hope Brooks Carter (Corey), Morgan Brooks-Sprinkle (Junior), Rachel Brooks Absher (Logan) and Marshall E. Brooks; her siblings, Novella Christenbury of Wilkesboro, Genevieve Pilkington of Millers Creek and Lonnie Greene of Morristown, TN; and her sister-in-law Barbara Jean Greene of Purlear. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
