She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Woodie and Dora Alice Dancy Woodie; her husband Ray Allan Miller; and her brothers, Odell Woodie and George Woodie.

She is survived by: her nephew Butch Woodie (Teresa) of Wilkesboro; and her nieces, Vickie Finney (James) of North Wilkesboro and Karen Hutchens of Elkin.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, PO Box 315, Millers Creek, NC 28651.
