It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Anderson Kilby of Millers Creek, North Carolina, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coy and Kate Gentle Anderson; her husband Troy Freeman Kilby Jr.; her children, Janet Kilby Long and Troy Kilby; and her grandson Gavin Long.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kilby (Jerry) of Millers Creek, Joy Kilby of North Wilkesboro, Donna Anderson (Randy) of Millers Creek and Johnny Kilby (Renee) of Ferguson; and her grandchildren, Shaun Anderson, Tiffany Anderson, April Shuping, Charlie Miller, Cory Miller, Jennifer Kilby, Ashley Kilby, Dustin Anderson, Tristen Anderson, Chad Long and Krissi Wood (Karalee Roberts). She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
