Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lavaughn Foster of Millers Creek, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 99, on February 15, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Turner Church and Lola Stikes Church; and her husband Ivan Grant Foster. She is survived by: her children, Larry Church (Lydia) of Wilkesboro, Gail Goulds (Lee) of Millers Creek and Edwina Woodie of Millers Creek; her sisters, Guylene Milam of Wilkesboro and Glenna Perry of Cambridge; her foster sister Delcie Testerman of Ferguson; her brother-in-law James Richardson of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Tonya Beck (David) of North Wilkesboro, Eric Goulds (Lisa) of North Wilkesboro, Julia Greenstine (Rob) of Duxbury, Mass. and April Wines (Keith) of Thomasville, NC; and her great grandchildren, Mallory Linville (Andrew) of Lexington, NC, Morgan Mathis (Jordan) of Roaring River, Hannah Eddy (Jacob) of Wilkesboro, Nate Greenstine of Duxbury, Mass, Emma Greenstine of Raleigh, NC and Tanner Wines of Thomasville, NC. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
