She was predeceased by: her parents, Coolidge Francis and Vinnie Shuford Francis; and her siblings, Cecil, Roger, Dickie Francis and Patsy Francis.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Wingler (Alma Gilbert), Jeff Wingler of Millers Creek and Greg Wingler (Sharon) of Purlear; her brothers, Michael Francis (Martha) of South Carolina and David Francis (Lisa) of Millers Creek; her sisters-in-law, Becky Francis of Lewisburg, NC and Betty Francis of Millers Creek; and her grandchildren, Brandy Wingler of Millers Creek, Kayla Spears (Chad) of Millers Creek, Brian Wingler (Lindsey) of McGrady, Joey Gilbert of Millers Creek, Ashley Jones of Millers Creek and David Jones of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
